Apple TV Could Gain Built-In Camera for FaceTime, Video Calls

A future Apple TV box could have a built-in camera for FaceTime and other video calling apps, according to a new report from Bloomberg's Mark Gurman.
Gurman says that Apple has been working on a new Apple TV model with a built-in camera for several years, but the project has been delayed multiple times due to technical challenges.
The addition of a camera to the Apple TV would allow users to make FaceTime calls, join video conferences, and use other video calling apps on their television.
It is not clear when Apple plans to release a new Apple TV model with a built-in camera. Gurman says that the company could announce the new device as early as this year, but it is also possible that the release will be delayed until 2025.
In addition to a built-in camera, the new Apple TV model is also expected to feature a faster processor and improved support for gaming.
